Can pushing while on the toilet hurt baby at 13 weeks
Stupid question, but wondering if anyone has spoken to a doctor about pushing while on the toilet. I don’t do it often, but once and a while I get constipated. I know about laxatives and things I can use, just wondering if actual pushing can hurt baby.
