My ass keeps rejecting anal

So my boyfriend and I used to have anal frequently...however a while back it just caused me absolute agony - since then my ass keeps rejecting anal on and off and it’s frustrating because we both love it. What can I do to relax myself and fix this? Because goddamn it is frustrating !!!
