Ovulation??

I think I may be in a fertile stage before my 1st period after having nexplanon removed. My dr told me I could ovulate and get pregnant before my 1st period so I’m just curious if anyone else has been through this. My cervix is in “show” position, my breast are tender and feel weird, and I’ve had very few but very light cramps here and there. Could I actually be ovulating? Or should I expect af in a couple weeks?
