Okaie here goes my story/question!

I’m 16 years old (close to 17 in a couple months!!) & I’m allergic to latex! I’m sexually active... I’ve been sexually active since 14. I have a boyfriend (he is 18 soon to be 19 in a couple months) & we have talked & he understands that now is obviously not a great time for children...(considering I’m 16 & he is 18. I need to finish school etc.) How do I go about asking my mom for a form of birth control? What’s the best form? I know there are pills, implants (in like your arm?), & I.u.d’s. Are there other forms? What is most natural & will work the best? I’m only asking for advice because my mom is very old fashioned... she knows I have sex, she knows I’m allergic to latex, & she is a little strict. I just don’t want her to be upset at me for asking when I’m trying to do the right thing & be safe!
