History: I’ve had one live birth followed by 3 consecutive MMC. Now on my 5th pregnancy.

Went in for my 6 week scan yesterday and saw 1 yolk sac & a fetal pole with a flickering HB. BUT the gestational sac is a really weird shape. Has anyone ever seen this before? Any U/S techs out there? The Registrar (Resident) that was doing the TV ultrasound was moving the wand around a lot trying to see if there was a membrane possibly separating two sacs but couldn’t find one. She said it was really hard to see because I also have 3 fibroids that were making it hard to visualize. She’s sending me for another ultrasound next week in the early pregnancy unit because she says we’ll be able to see more in a week and they do early u/s all the time so will be able to visualize things better. Any thoughts anyone?
