Up all night and waking up from hurting

Y'all I'm hurting so bad. Being up all night from my girl balling up and cutting off my breathing bc even though she's completely dropped I'm short and I have a small area anyways so I'm dying.... but anyways I woke up this morning with intense back pain lower to middle pain and then all last night she kept me up with her balling up. Well I was thinking they were Braxton Hicks bc it didn't hurt just very uncomfortable but I went on from 2 am -4 am this morning... then I woke up at 8 with this pain in my back.. I went to the hospital on Tuesday where I was put on bedrest bc my pelvis was so swollen and how low she was but not sure if I should go to the hospital bc I don't want them to tell me it's nothing and I've not started dilating and stuff as I have a clinic appt on Monday should I wait til then???
