If you have to do that every time, I'm concerned. If I tell my boyfriend I don't like something just once, he doesn't try again unless I ask him to.

I remind my partner every time(Before he goes in) to “be nice.” And he takes it slowly.  Tell him “why” he needs to be gentle at first and he shouldn’t forget it.
