PrePregnancy I was 150
End of pregnancy I was like 215
I’m 187-189 now & my birth control causes weight gain so that helps nothing.. and I can not stand the way I look and feel..
I don’t want my pictures taken, and ones that are I hate.
How do I get rid of my pouch..
