At what age could you give away kittens?

So a stray cat who lives in my garden (I can’t take her in i’m not allowed to but i do feed and play with her daily and ensure she’s safe she just can’t come inside) had kittens about a week ago, I can’t deal with the fact i’m not allowed to take care of them and want to find them homes (including the mother), a lot of people showed interest in the kittens but not the mom so around how many weeks could i give them away?
