Weight loss help?!

Back on July 10 I started a meal replacement shake diet program from my Gynecologist , when I started I weighed 241 lbs I’m 20, and I’m about 5’3” or 5’4” I’m not sure lol anyways I’ve been losing about 5lbs per week doing this diet, and this week I started going to the gym and I feel like my weight loss has plateaued. I now weigh 222lbs and I’ve been stuck at 222 for like 3-4 days now versus before I was losing weight everyday! Like I was going down at least 1lb per day! I’m pretty frustrated and I don’t really know how to get my weight loss to keep going down 😩 at the gym I do 30-60 minutes of running/walking and then I do abs for 30 minutes and then I’ll do a random machine here and there. Anyways any tips on what exercises i could do to help lose more weight?

Lol I know it probably doesn’t look a lot different but I can definitely feel it, I feel like there’s a pep in my step if that’s how you say it lol and I feel a little lighter, but I want to keep losing more! I want to get to below 200! I know it won’t happen overnight but it should keep going down!
