Does prenatal vitamins help you concieve? Did help anyone? Any particular ones ?

I took fertilaid fertility vitamins that have everything a prenatal has plus stuff to help you conceive & after 5yrs of trying I got pregnant in 1 month of using these vitamins ♡♡ I highly recommend them

they dont necessarily help you convince,  but they are a great way to get your body ready to grow a baby. they  help give you nutrients to help prevent neural tube defects...they generally will have a higher folic acid and iron count than most multi vitamins. they are also very good for your hair skin and nails. i love my prenatal vitamins!

Any doctor will tell you prenatals won’t help you conceive but it’s so important to have those vitamins in your system as soon as you fall pregnant so it’s best to start taking them while you’re TtC
