Ovulation cramping/spotting or?

I’m having some slight cramping and some spotting today. Currently on Cycle day 17, posiitive OPK with some pretty intense cramping and ewcm on Cycle day 15. Baby danced on CD 14, 16 & 17. Could this be from the sex or from the ovulation itself?

It’s never really happened before.
