has this happened to anyone?

I havent seen my 5 year old cousin since Easter due to some family issues with her mom and dad divorcing but today she told me "AWE!,A BABY!!, BABY IN THERE!?" noone knows that I hadn't got my period nor know when im getting it and noone knows were not actively trying either plus I have pcos and just recently just gave up more on the "if it happens it will" theory. but can kids sense pregnancy? I mean she did with her aunt and the passing of her grandmother 2 hours before anyone else knew.
