I use a menstrual cup for my period, and when I take a shower I empty it out and do a sweep with my finger to clear any clots before putting it back in.
Today my cervix was REALLY open and I accidentally put the tip of my finger IN MY CERVIX. It was mostly just my fingernail but I am so uncomfortable right now 🤢
