I’ve tried: squats, walking, sex, stairs, bouncing on birthing ball, red raspberry leaf tea, dates, nipple stimulation, spicy food, basil, acupuncture, chiropractor, pressure points.. I’m 40+4 and still not dilated at all.

40 weeks 2 days here... tries bouncing on the ball, walking, nipple stimulation. I've had some contractions but nothing consistent. Dilated to 4 cm though and lost my mucus plug 2 days ago...here's hoping its soon! 🤞

ive tried all the things they list on most sites bouncing, spicey food, sex, walking. im 41 weeks 1 day and all ive had is some slight pelvis pressure. i have not even braxton hicks so i think without medical interference this baby aint coming any time soon and this is my second ahh

I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea for a week, bouncing on a ball 2 hours a day for a week, 1 acupressure massage & 2 chiropratic adjustments to help induce baby, I’ve walked two miles a day and NOTHING ...lol I’m out of options. Currently drinking another raspberry leaf tea. I also had pineapple like 3 days in a row and spicy food daily.

In a few more days it will be sex and sex and sex. Not quite 37 weeks yet here. Maybe some oregano.... walking.... I have some appointments first to get through and my budget isn't quite ready for me to stop working.
