Trying to conceive for 3 years

Hey ladies! I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. I was diagnosed of Polycystic ovary. My period doesn't last more than 2days sometimes and it's scanty. I don't know when I'm ovulating. Have had several positive result using blood sample. Please I need help on how to get pregnant fast.
