So this morning driving in to work I was having sharp gas like pains but they were extremely uncomfortable in my lower stomach. They have come and gone all morning - I'm also quite constipated and I'm thinking that has part to do with it. I keep feeling like I have to go and I can't.

I also feel pretty nauseous today which has gone away almost completely in the past few weeks. I'll be 12 weeks on Thursday.

I have an appointment tomorrow with an ultrasound and I'm SO nervous. I get so nervous at every appointment that they're just going to tell me that something is wrong. So I don't know if that's playing in to this too.

It was hot this weekend, and I went for a walk with my husband, took a shower, watched some TV, and was fine. Until I was going to bed and felt like I was going to pass out.

I'm scared something is wrong, but I also feel like I'm overreacting. I don't know if I can wait until tomorrow, but I don't really have a choice 😰😰😰
