Ovarian cyst or something else

I had this weird pelvic pain last may, i chalked it up to my cervix being bruised from very rough sex. I did say “ow it hurts don’t go so deep” and then anytime I would orgasm it would be a sharp pain only during. Not after, just during. In the same specific spot it’s been in. It went away after 3 months of me dealing with it. I was able to masturbate with no issues, no random pelvic pain.

And then I haven’t had sex for 8 months. I had sex after so long in June. The SAME pain came back! 🙄 if my SO goes too deep in a certain position, I feel pressure where the pain usually is. I can’t masturbate without feeling the little pain, I’m just not sure what it is. I see a nurse practitioner on Tuesday and I’m going to ask her what she or my OB can do about it, or what they may think is wrong, but I’m puzzled.

I was fine for months until I had sex again.
