Late Periods and Exercise? Please Help
Here is the deal, my period is late by 6 days which freaks me out a little bit. I've had irregular periods before, however lately they've been pretty on track so I'm like??? Where are you??? But anyways, I've been trying to look for reasons other than pregnancy (the last time I had sex was about two weeks ago, I'm not sure if it could be effected that quickly) And I found that recent intense exercise can cause late or missed periods...I've been exercising a lot lately, doing yoga or cardio almost every day and I've been walking 3 miles to work for the past week...however, I haven't lost any weight which is usually the thing that goes with that. Anyone have any advice beyond get a pregnancy test because that's a given?
