Our little girl Arora Lynn is here and she couldn’t be more perfect . Crazy how u can love something so brand new so much . I was induced at 37 weeks due to cholostasis . Induction day came and I has still completely closed . We tried to get things going with three rounds of cytotec over 24 hours, when that failed to get me past a 1/2 cm dialated they did two rounds of cervidil over the next 24 hours . So 48 hours later I was still at a 1/2 centimeter and asked to please ask my ob if we could do a c section as clearly my body wasn’t going to go into labor on its own or with the extra help. Dr agreed it was time to get baby out as the longer she stayed in there with cholostasis past 37 weeks the more at risk she was . They wheeled me into c section. Got me all set up with the spinal tap and called my husband in to hold my hand. C section went beautifully , I broke down when i heard her first little cry . She was born aug 4th at 12:29 pm weighing 7 Pounds 2.5 pinches and was 18.5 inches long .she has passed all her test thus far with flying colors including breathing and jaundice which was our main concern being early. She latched on perfectly and is eating beautifully ❤️ mommy and daddy are so in love with her already. Daddy has been the most Amazing man and is so helpful with her. He’s sat with me at the hospital the whole time and is a diaper Changing pro by now be it Mom is still incredibly sore and hospital needs mommy to stay in bed aside from very very short walks around the room . I have seen a whole mother side to my husband these last Couple of days and love him For then even more .
