4wks 2dys today just scared and anxious. I don’t have constant cramps! I get the occasionally sharp cramp every few hours, a little heartburn, no nausea at all! Boob tenderness comes and goes! I know it still very early but after miscarriage in April just very scared, staying calm though, cut out all caffeine! And just drinking lots of water and taking my baby vitamins! Got an appointment on 28th August with midwife!
