Looks as though you have a partial working tube and other doesn’t function

right tube is completely blocked. left tube is partiallyblocked. 
it is very likely your eggs from the right side never make it to your uterus and eggs from the left rarely do. My HSG results were similar. Your doctor will likely want to do IVF to bypass the tubes entirely.
