Asked my doctor about them. He's a certified nutritionist and he said they are a scam. He said it might help a little. But not enough to get fantastic results or lose any fat. Plus you need to be careful about who you get it from. A lot of companies are not selling it pure and that's not healthy for the body either.

You should try the Alli Diet pills, they make your poop oily but they actually help a lot. Helped me lose 12 lbs so far. You can get them at Walmart or Target.
