Swimming with tampon?

Is it safe to go swimming/floating down the river with a tampon in? Bacteria wise.

Totally fine as long as you change it afterwards.

Just don’t wear one in a river. I wouldn’t. Unless your flow is super heavy and you’re worried about it. Rivers and pools are way different

It’s fine.  I do it all the time.  When you’re done swimming just change it.
