30w3d with twins and having these on and off period like cramps. Does it mean labor is soon?

Not necessarily! Unless they’re wrapping around your lower back, and isn’t going away, you’re probably fine! Most doctors just say try drinking water, laying on your left side or try walking... In f you’re worried call your doctor or go to L&D;

It may be Braxton Hicks, if you haven’t already started having them. I’ve got period-like cramps on and off but I’m only 24 weeks. I think you would know if it were labour x
