My chest hurts after car accident

My friend and I got into a car accident rn, it’s raining, the car slipped and we hit a truck in front. I went forward but the seatbelt held me back & hurt me above my breast. At the moment, I was scared so it didn’t hurt until now. Could there have been an injury? I really don’t want to go to the doctor.. should I wait and see if it still hurts tomorrow?
