What is going on

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew what is going on with my cycle. My period end over a week ago, but I started bleeding again. The blood is bright red. I have been on the mirena iud for over 6 months and I have regular sex with my boyfriend. It doesn’t seem like implantation bleeding.
