What does this sound like?

I have this small bump that’s white, it’s on my labia minora (inside lips) it doesn’t hurt or anything. It kinda looks like a swollen fordyce spot and I do have fordyce spots there. Its not where my pubs are and no puss or anything came out I poked at it with a needle and some blood came out. It’s on my vagina to just to clarify. What does it sound like
