Physically exhausted at 20 weeks

A little back story: This last Wednesday I had a high risk ultrasound because a test came back for our sweet baby for a slight increase in neurotube defect (Spina Bifida) my first born has Spina Bifida so I became a little worried however baby girl is perfect an no Spina Bifida was detected in her scan. They said that sometimes when you have already carried a child with the defect it can run in your blood stream in other pregnancies. An hour after I left my appointment, everything changed quickly. I was rushed to the Er because I had a headache start out of no where, felt like I was going to pass out and my vision was completely gone. While at the Er they decided to do an mri that came back that I had several blood clots on my brain so they ended up transferring me to another hospital. I was finally released (my choice) on Saturday but being at home has shown that I probably should have stayed in the hospital. It came back in another mri that I do not have blood clots that it was the angle at which they had taken my mri but my red blood cell count was low along with my platelets count and all that. They literally have no idea what happened or why it’s happening and they are limited to what they can do while I am pregnant. My vision finally came back with eye drops that help relax the muscles behind my eyes on Friday and after a failed lumbar puncture twice I refused to let them try again. The only thing they can come up with is that I have severe migraines. They told me this will occur again but not sure when or if it will take my vision with it. They said if it happens again to go to labor and delivery that’s all they can do for me right now. I’m home, I have two other children, I am very weak and I can barely sit up for a long period of time. I’m emotionally and physically exhausted and I have a long way to go still.
