TTC after being on the Patch Birth Control

So last month I had a CM. My doctor said I can try to convince again right away. My question is... I've been off birth control for a few months now but I was on it for 4 years. Has anyone conceived after being on the patch for a long period of time? And if so how long did it take to conceive?
