How do you deal with panic attacks?
I have them a lot and sometimes they come in waves. Sometimes there are clear reasons, other times it just sort of happens.
I get lightheaded, sometimes I feel a little numb or disconnected, my heart races, My mouth gets crazy dry, I can’t think right for a minute and I just feel like everything is rushing and it’s hard to breathe.
