So I’m 19 right now and I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago. I was so concerned cause I wasn’t getting my period but also relieved to hear that I finally knew why my skin was so bad from a young age and why I couldn’t control my weight. I have always wanted kids and the biggest thing for me was hearing my OBGYN say that it could affect me getting pregnant in the future. Obviously because I was only 16 he said we weren’t going to worry about getting pregnant at that point because well my age and the fact that I wasn’t sexually active. Although now I’m at the point where I’m with the man I want to marry and the worries about getting pregnant are becoming increasingly more prominent in my life. Any advice to deal with the worry?
