Slowly but surely 🤩
First is from may 31
I had initially stopped working out for about a couple of weeks because I got depressed because I didn’t see changes in my weight loss so I thought about taking a picture and using it as motivation 🤩
I weighed almost 190 lbs 😫
This is from today after the gym (:
I have yet to step on a scale because I’m scarred of not seeing the number changing but I can see some changes!
I don’t drink any sodas or sugary stuff and if I do it’s only a couple of sips and I leave a whole Snapple half way by the end of the week. All an all if I’m tempted for a snack or something sugary I will take it but in a small portion which has helped me a lot 💛
OH AND LOTS OF WATER
