urine tests, help!!

so i need to take a urine test to hand in at the doctors to see what’s wrong with me, and i was just wondering is it okay to fill the tube up with multiple wees instead of one long wee cos i haven’t been weeing enough to fill it no matter how much water i’ve been drinking, help please!!
