Adults and wetting the bed

I am a new mom my son is five months old. I have wet the bed completely at least two if not three times since he’s been born. Yes I’ve had sexual abuse in my past and everything but before my son I had maybe only went the bed once a year if that. What’s wrong with me:( ?
