I don’t think so, not completely.
It makes you say things you might not want to say while sober, but it also makes you exaggerate it.
So like, let’s say you’re a little mad at your spouse and then you get drunk. 
You might call them names, go off about every little thing they do that bothers you and maybe bring up past fights, instead of just the small issue you’re mad at them for.
Or if you have a crush on someone, you might tell them you love them instead lol.
I’ve never personally had that much to drink, but what I’ve witnessed from others is that they exaggerate what they’re feeling/thinking.

One time I was drunk I told my husband I was going to divorce him because he never taught me about the stars. 
I couldn’t care less about astrology. So no, I don’t think so.

I’m going to go with no... being with an alcoholic you learn how to piece things together. While sometimes there’s fragments of truth... a lot is pure psychosis. Things can come out exaggerated, obscured, and altogether imagined slights happen. It’s amazing alcohol is so socially acceptable.

I don’t believe it. Some drunk people just ramble on and don’t even know what fr they’re saying. I don’t think it necessarily means that those are their sober thoughts

I talk utter shit and become an expert on anything when I’m drunk, also my FWB says he loves me and has even talked about us getting married when he’s been hammered and he was shocked and embarrassed when i told him the next day so i personally think its a load of bollocks.

Most people will say yes, I'm sure. But I disagree. I have said things drunk that I definitely didn't mean, and sometimes I've said things that have never even crossed my mind! And no, not even "in my subconscious" cause I know someone was gonna go there lol. My SO has done the same thing. I think most people have. Alcohol is NOT liquid courage. Alcohol decreases your inhibitions so that you aren't able to use your filter as effectively and you might run your mouth. But that is totally different than just saying things you don't mean.
