What does a Positive OPK actually mean?

I have never gotten such a Positive OPK before and I'm on CD 22 so I think I must Ovulate late soooo....

Does this super Positive OPK mean I AM Ovulating, or I am GOING to???

We've been Baby dancing for days but how much longer do we need to?
