Mixing gonal F and menopur?!

My RE has instructed me to mix gonal F and menopur and give it to myself in one shot. I must have clarified it three times but YES that is what they want me to do. He said it is ok to mix so why not just give myself one shot?! Is anyone else doing this?!?!

My gonal f is in a pen that I inject, but if you can mix them and save yourself a shot that sounds awesome!

My doctor instructed me to do the same. But I mix the menopur solution into one menopur bottle, draw up into syringe and then inject the pen medication into the syringe.

My doc said I can do that. Draw up the menopur and the object the pen into the syringe. Personally, I don’t feel the pen needle at all so I just do two shots.
