Help!! Any one

Hi I’m 23 years old and I’m a week late on my period I have been getting cramps ish but nothing yet I have also been having unprotected sex but I took a test and it said negative it was like £1 for 3 tests I’m stuck what do I do ? Has anyone else had this before ?
