Im 17 dating an 18 year old. We’ve been together almost a year. For months now he keeps asking for sex. I keep saying no cause I don’t feel ready and I don’t wanna feel pressured. I love him and he loves me but he doesn’t listen to me when I say no to sex.

I'd sit him down and try to have a really serious conversation about it. I mean I can see why hes constantly asking but I'm hoping that maybe hes not really understanding just how awful hes making you feel.  so just explain it to him politely but FIRMLY that what he is doing is bothering you alot and why. and if he loves you he will respect that and you two can come to an agreement on things and if he doesnt then on to the next.

i would date someone more my pace. i have been in his place and it’s shitty knowing that your with someone not as emotionally mature and not ready to fulfill his needs. but i’ve also been in your place and felt like i wasn’t good enough. what i’ve learned from that is that in these situations you’re just not a good match.
