I’m looking for a concealer to use under my eyes (which can get oily) and to outline my eyebrows. I want something that will last all day. Any recommendations?

use a liquid concealer and blend out underneath brows with a eyeshadow brush that looks like picture. use a beauty blender to apply liquid concealer in underneath eyes and set it with a loose finishing powder with a beauty blender to get rid of excess oil and lock it in place. you can also do the same for eyelids
