Is it normal for him to have another woman as his passwords?

My husband uses the name and birthday of another woman as all his passwords for everything.  He says he has been over her for a long time but it makes me a tad uncomfortable as he did have feelings for her at one point. what do you think?

Sounds like he may not truly be over her... 
because I had passwords that had something to do with my ex (his birth year). & after I got with my fiancé, I changed them respectfully.

When I was in elementary school I memorized this number for a school password and to this day I still use it because it stuck to me so much that I will never forget it. 
Tbh I don't think it means anything, it's just something he remembers.  But if it makes u uncomfortable u should ask him to not use it for new passwords because of how it makes u feel. NOW if he says "no", then maybe he really isnt over her...
