Always confused.

I lost my virginity to my best guy friend years ago. We still talk and we eventually became fwb’s. He told me he loved me then we both fucked it up.

We both slept with other people. I did it once and he had a girl he went repeatedly to. I stopped talking to him and they eventually became a couple.

During that time we never talked. Once they broke up we started talking as friends again.

I started to think about him in that way recently but I don’t want to do anything about it because every girlfriend he has had he cheated on her.

I don’t really know what to do anymore. Let the friendship go? Be friends but ignore the urges? See what happens when we hang out?
