Until you are cleared for any other activity and any foods/drinks. You can most definitely get dry socket from that. It ain't worth it.

I’m a smoker, when I got mine removed, they told me 2 weeks of no smoking, since you have open wounds. You need to wait 2 weeks, to allow everything to heal, so you don’t get an infection.
