Have any of you had your normal PMS symptoms but still ended up getting a positive pregnancy test?

I took 50 mg of Clomid for the first time this cycle and ended up getting a positive OPK on CD 18/19. Now I'm 8 days away from my projected period and have the usual PMS symptoms which is SO discouraging. Some of my symptoms so far are dull cramps, random dull pains in boobs, and tolerable but painful intercourse because my cervix usually lowers right before AF. I'm obviously going to test in a few days, I'm just impatient and starting to get sad lol.
