what protein powders do you recommend for pregnancy?
I currently use shakeology which was given to me. I used it in the past but I'm not paying 90 dollars or more for a 30 day supply when I have a baby to prep for! What powders have yall used in shakes and stuff that you've found keep you pretty much full while pregnant?
