Holiday period help???

I’m going on holiday soon and my periods due then . There’s a pool in my hotel and I have 3 water parks booked. I’ve never used a tampon I only used pads. What should I do?

Usually you can use a tampon in the pool but not for a long time as bacteria can travel up the string

If you are on the pill you can (one time won't hurt) skip the sugar pills and start a new pack so your period doesn't come. My doctor gave me the go ahead when I was supposed to get my period on my honeymoon. I did spot a little though. I've used tampons but never in a pool before so unfortunately I can't help you there but women do it all the time with no issues.
