Is this normal?

Okay so all woman have discharge. It’s completely normal. But is it normal that it comes out kinda how pee comes out. Like it’s pouring out of me. Especially when I move a lot which I’m gonna be moving a lot in school and I don’t wanna feel wet all the time there. And sometimes if I sit for a long time it pours out of me. Sometimes it’s a white color and other times it’s clear. If it’s not normal could someone pls tell me how I could prevent this? Thank you.
