Implantion or early AF

I ovulated on the first. Woke up this morning feeling like I had to poop bad, still do.. started cramping and spotting after straining for a while trying to poop. Sorry if TMI.. but usually with a period by now I’d be bleeding heavily. And still just spotting.. AF not due for another 7 days... usallyalways on time. What’s going on
