Back Pain Anyone?

20 weeks , 5 days
 Back pain in middle of back just started two days ago..it is horrible I can’t sleep or get comfortable. What can I do to alleviate? Is anyone else experiencing back pain...Trying not to take Tylenol but I may have to 😖

If I sleep without my pregnancy pillow then I have back issues. If you don't already have one then I highly suggest it or at least a body pillow.

I was feeling the same this last week. Hubby booked me a prenatal massage and she cleared me up and told me how to stretch and how hubby can help too! My doc recommended Unisom for when I have trouble sleeping. I take a half tab right before bed or I’m a zombie in the morning but it helps me stay asleep longer!

Me too! Mines so bad at night. Ok during day thank goodness. Getting pillow support during sleep is CRUCIAL! I prop them up to my back and my belly. By morning I feel good again. Currently 9pm and feel immobile again :( it’s a cycle.

I have back pain and awful tailbone pain in the back. I called the triage midwife today and she said it’s normal and that physio might help 😭😭 it’s hard to walk sometimes.
